Quality Laboratory

Quality control process has 3 sub-processes in our company.
These are incoming quality control, process quality control and final quality control. Various gauges are used for these processes. These gauges are periodically verificated and calibrated by sub-suppliers.

Gauge

In addition to calliper, linear height measurer and dial gauge, you cans see the more advanced gauges for compicated and more precise measurements.

CMM Room

CMM is kept in a temperature controlled room and periodically calibrated.
